Most people get into business expecting a linear path to success. You start, you work hard, and results come quickly. The reality is completely different. Building a life and business worth having takes a fundamentally different mindset.

Faith and entrepreneurship seem like an odd pairing. Business is supposed to be rational, data-driven, strategic. But ask any entrepreneur who’s built something real from nothing, and they’ll tell you the same thing: at some point, you have to believe in something you can’t yet see.

When I first opened Zenith PPF in Atlanta, I did what most new business owners do: I panicked. The shop was beautiful. My PPF installation skills were solid. But hardly anyone knew about us. So I did what I thought every serious business owner does—I hired a marketing agency.

My story starts in Vietnam. I was born there and lived my early years in a context vastly different from America. But even as a kid, I could see that opportunity existed elsewhere. My family made the decision that would reshape my entire life: immigrate to the United States.
